RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in New York, NY that is looking for a Quantitative Product Analyst. Responsibilities: * Quantitative Product Analyst will utilize fixed income investment strategy expertise to identify solutions for our customers * Work closely with customers, product managers, and product specialists to translate requirements into user stories * Coordinate with developers to determine appropriate steps and order of the implementation plan and assist engineers with more complex and detailed projects including data quality assurance and analysis * Work along with QA, developers in testing, implementing, and documenting new processes * As a Quantitative Product Analyst, you will ensure successful product launch by documenting new product features and enhancements in external facing collateral * Work with Product Managers to prioritize multiple demands and ideas based on available resources and commitments REQUIREMENTS: * Advanced degree in Finance, Business Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field * 5 years of experience in financial services, ideally with fixed income and/or quantitative exposure * Experience with basic SQL and API fundamentals * Experience with fixed income data and knowledge of vendor data and analytical platforms * Experience in the quantitative investment management industry * Experience with project management software and related applications * A good understanding of cloud-based technology and how it works * Strong problem-solving ability, critical thinking skills, creative/innovative thinking * Strong verbal and written communication skills must be a team player The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
