Kforce has a client that is seeking an ERP Business Analyst in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to lead the overhaul and optimization of our SAP system. This role involves spearheading initiatives to revamp our existing SAP infrastructure, centralize business operations, and ensure alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP, and demonstrate proficiency in scoping, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
* ERP Business Analyst will lead the transformation of our SAP system, including cleanup efforts and project implementation
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and determine the most suitable ERP solution
* Interface with internal teams to ensure project progression and alignment with organizational goals
* Utilize ERP expertise to streamline processes and enhance system functionality
* Act as a liaison between technical teams and end users, facilitating testing and gathering feedback
* Maintain a deep understanding of ERP best practices and industry trends to inform decision-making
* Champion Company's interests throughout the ERP transformation process, prioritizing business needs and objectives
* Provide guidance and support to end users on ERP usage and troubleshooting

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
* Proven experience in ERP system implementation, preferably with SAP
* Strong understanding of ERP principles and their application within a business context
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects from scoping phase through to completion
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
* Analytical mindset with the capability to identify and address complex business challenges
* Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
* Adept at balancing technical requirements with business objectives, keeping Company's best interests in focus
* Previous experience with ERP testing and end user support is advantageous
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
