RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Cloud Security Architect/Senior Engineer in Denver, CO.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
* Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
* Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer
* Google Professional Cloud Architect
* AWS Certified Security - Specialty
* AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional
* Several years of hands-on experience in cloud security roles, including designing, implementing, and managing security controls in Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Amazon Web Services
* Experience leading security projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving security initiatives
* Proven experience in incident response activities, including identifying and mitigating security incidents and conducting post-incident analysis
* Experience migrating and integrating on-premises systems and applications to cloud environments while ensuring security requirements are met
* In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Amazon Web Services
* Knowledge of secure coding practices and DevSecOps methodologies to integrate security into the software development lifecycle
* Understanding of security technologies and tools specific to each cloud platform, including IAM, encryption, network security, and security monitoring
* Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and industry standards, and experience implementing controls to meet these requirements
* Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to automate security tasks and configurations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate security risks, recommendations, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify security vulnerabilities, assess risks, and develop effective solutions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
