Purpose: Total Energy Systems, LLC (TES) is seeking a qualified Service Parts Coordinator to work out of our De Pere, WI facility. The primary role of the Service Parts Coordinator is to offer comprehensive support to the Parts, Sales, and Service Departments.

Key Job Accountabilities:

1. Maintain accurate inventory of service parts and customer sales orders.

2. Ensure inventory accuracy at our De Pere facility.

3. Perform regular cycle counting tasks as directed by the Inventory Control Manager.

4. Responsible for the procurement and receipt of parts inventory.

5. Assist in processing customer orders for parts.

6. Support TES Service Personnel by aiding in the completion of service estimates.

7. Assist in managing both customer and vendor warranty return processes.

8. Provide telephone support and parts lookup services.

9. Ensure the accuracy of cost and sell price information for new and existing inventory items.

10. Aid in pulling maintenance and service jobs, as well as procuring consumables for service personnel.

11. Fulfill other duties as assigned.

Skills/Abilities/Requirements/Experience:

1. Valid Driver’s License is required.

2. Must be computer proficient, having working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

3. Strong communication skills to relay customer requirements to Service and Sales Departments

4. Ability to perform routine business math calculations, such as sales costs, margins and quotes.

5. Previous experience with ERP and/or Service Software is necessary; familiarity with NetSuite ERP/Service Pro 10 is advantageous.

6. Ability to safely operate a warehouse forklift.
