Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. provides community and home-based support services to individuals with physical disabilities, brain injuries, and mental health disorders. Our team partners with family members and existing providers to create and achieve individualized goals that improve overall independence at home and in the community.
We are in need of dedicated, caring, and Community Support Workers in the surrounding areas of Franklin, Millville, and Bellingham who are eager to make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities! All new staff are eligible for a $250 Sign On Bonus payable after their 30 day probationary period. Start the process now by applying today!
Position: Community Support Worker
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support individuals in learning, maintaining, or improving skills through their participation in a variety of activities of everyday life, including in their homes and in the community.
  • Implement support strategies to achieve the individual’s personalized goals.
  • Submit accurate and complete daily progress notes for each shift worked with the individual.
  • Positions are part-time/per diem to start but possible to build a caseload of up to 30 hours.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
  • Valid driver’s license and existing insurance.
  • Must be willing to drive individuals in personal cars throughout the community. We provide mileage reimbursement! 
  • Willing to comply with required policies, standards, and regulations including, but not limited to background checks, reference checks, and driving record checks.
  • Must have flexible availability.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
