Position Summary: We are seeking self-starters who thrive in a collaborative team environment. The Assistant Property Manager will play a vital role in managing tenant-facing communication and handling the day-to-day responsibilities of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Build and maintain excellent relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors.
Ensure timely and effective communication to address inquiries, concerns, and requests.
New Client Onboarding:
Integrate new properties into our management systems efficiently.
Keep new clients informed and confident in our ability to manage their property.
Renewals:
Detailed tracking and management of lease renewals to minimize vacancy rates.
Proactively engage with tenants to facilitate smooth renewal processes.
Maintenance:
Oversee vendors and contractors, assigning work and obtaining necessary approvals. Ensure successful completion of maintenance tasks and accurate billing.
Property Management:
Coordinate tenant move-in processes, including lease signing and property inspections.
Facilitate rent collection, posting of late notices, and other required notices.
Enforce lease agreements and handle tenant move-outs efficiently.
