Griffis/Blessing Inc., is looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage three of our Griffis/Blessing select properties in Denver and Aurora, CO.
The perfect candidate would:
- Have at least 1-2 years experience in Property Management and a strong aptitude in overseeing and directing operations of the community to meet the reporting, operations, budget and contractual obligations of the management agreement
- Come prepared to join a busy property in Colorado Springs
- Bring their A game. We need a team player with the ability to lead and multi-task
- Have superior judgment, precise and gracious communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have the ability to switch gears seamlessly and be able to work start to finish with the owner's goal in mind.
- Have outstanding customer service skills
- Have a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance
- Tax credit experience required
