KeyMark is Hiring an IT Helpdesk Technician Near LIBERTY, SC

Description

KeyMark is looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to support KeyMark’s internal technological operations. In this position, you will support, implement, modify, and maintain the company’s computer hardware, software, Microsoft Windows Domain, and other technologies that are a part of KeyMark’s organization. The role requires a hands-on person that is self-motivated to ensure the success of the Internal Operations department and KeyMark.

Requirements

Essential Duties & Specific Responsibilities

  • Triage and prioritize incoming helpdesk tickets to provide technical support to KeyMark users in a professional and courteous manner. 
  • Ensure all support tickets are documented with status, customer communications and full description of the problem and resolution.
  • Update, monitor and administer all corporate endpoints via approved MDM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity throughout the company's Network Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN)
  • Facilitate the maintenance of inventory and adhere to asset management and procurement processes for all IT assets, maintaining inventory levels as required.
  • Participate in relevant vendor training to maintain up-to-date expertise.
  • Obtain and maintain certifications as required for continued success.
  • Manage Gallagher keycard system (adds, deletes, and modifications)
  • Maintain employee facing documentation.
  • Support onboarding of new users
  • Create new user account in all applicable areas, such as Active Directory, Office 365, etc., and assign appropriate security permissions, roles, and memberships.
  • Maintain and manage Cellular account for Organization.
  • Provide weekly updates on project status. 
  • Continually learn new technologies supporting the direction of the organization. 
  • Understand and comply with KeyMark’s security policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Background

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • Good understanding of computer operating systems , mobile devices, printers, and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues utilizing problem-solving, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a high level of customer service.
  • Exhibits adaptability, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibits patience and persistence.
  • Operational knowledge of:

Microsoft Office 365

Windows 10/11 Professional

Active Directory User Management

PC Deployment tools.

  • Operational knowledge of Desktops, Laptops, Mobile Devices, Monitors, Printers, Scanners, etc
  • Team Player
  • Attention to Detail

Due to the nature of the business, there will be infrequent after-hours and weekend work as required.
