Job description
Key Personnel is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a very well-established Oil/Gas Company in Bartlesville!
Pay Rate and Schedule for a Customer Service Representative:
· $17-$19/hr.
· Must have availability for overnight shifts during the hours of 8pm-7am Monday – Thursday or Wednesday-Saturday (4 - 10 hour shifts a week).
· Weekly pay
· Direct Deposit and or Pay Card Available
Job Duties for a Customer Service Representative:
· Respond to customer inquiries over the phone, online, and via email
· Troubleshoot and resolve problems
· Maintain technical proficiency in all software, hardware and web-based software and platforms
Basic Requirements for a Customer Service Representative:
· Must be available for any current shift, including evenings, weekends, and Holidays.
· Previous Customer Service Experience
· Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
