Key Personnel is seeking candidates for a Help Desk / Customer Service Representative role in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
Pay Rate and Schedule:
· $17/hr.
· Must have availability for a shift during the hours of 6am-10pm Monday – Sunday (4 - 10 hour shifts a week).
· Weekly pay
· Direct Deposit and or Pay Card Available
Job Duties:
· Respond to customer inquiries over the phone, online, and via email
· Troubleshoot and resolve problems
· Maintain technical proficiency in all software, hardware and web-based software and platforms
Job Requirements:
· Must be available for any current shift, including evenings, weekends, and Holidays.
· Previous Customer Service Experience
· Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
