Technical Solutions Manager (ASP .Net)

They want someone to manager the off shore technical team.
 
Manage and direct both the onshore and offshore development teams responsible for delivering website and database

• Analyze technical problems, client requirements and procedures to improve existing software systems.
• Assist in developing technical solutions and meeting system architecture design needs utilizing .NET, WCF, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, Angular JS, Windows, Oracle Apex, SQL Server, Web Services, Web APIs, Oracle, object-oriented design concepts and Agile methodologies.
• Solve new and existing technical issues, troubleshoot system issues, understand requirements, and implement designs for specific projects.
• Work with the project management and clients to define technical client requirements and deliverables as required by the company’s delivery methodology. Interface with clients directly, or indirectly, for technical sales.
• Work with the creative team for website development initiatives.
• Develop and approve the technical project timelines and delivery schedules, and assist in ensuring and enforcing project definition and timing schedules.
• Lead the effort to properly ensure best practice design and overall system architecture for technical deliverables.

 Must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or foreign equivalent, and at least 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Developer, or substantially similar position; alternatively, must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or foreign equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience as a Software Developer, or substantially similar position. Required experience listed above must include: performing requirement gathering to prepare technical and functional specifications; designing and architecting web applications and processes, performing design reviews and code reviews, performance tuning of the applications and coordinating with release management team; and utilizing WCF, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, Angular JS, Windows, Oracle Apex, SQL Server, Web Services, Oracle, object-oriented design concepts and Agile methodologies.
