Key Autism Services is Hiring a Remote Director of BACB Supervision (BCBA)

Key Autism Services, a leading national ABA service provider, has a leadership opening for our BACB Supervision Program for the position of Director of BACB Supervision! This position will provide oversight and leadership to our BACB Supervision program across several states and help grow our team of BCBAs within the company!

  • This is a fully remote position with frequent travel


PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate the company's mission, beliefs in actions, language, and vision.
  • Manage the on-going development of the BACB Supervision program at KAS
  • Achieve both monthly & quarterly growth initiatives for the program
  • Manage employees within the BACB Supervision department to include goal setting and
performance reviews on completion of respective positions on an annual and on going basis
  • Management and oversight of individual cases/serviced provided for all assigned cases that
direct report BACB team members are assigned
  • Serve as a partner with the ECD position regularly to report on and assess current and
forecasted KPI's directly related to the supervision program to include development of new
initiatives
  • Implement a minimum of weekly audits on the BACB Supervision program for quality, efficiency
and staff satisfaction with modifications to program as needed.
  • Report off on weekly KPI's for the program to ECD position
  • Ensure BACB supervision program meets BACB standards and requirements at all times; to
include implementing board changes as they occur
  • Partner with recruitment department closely to ensure new staff members are placed in
respective programs as needed
  • Partner with the CD/RD team of clinicians to ensure all KAS employees are knowledgeable on
the BACB supervision program
  • Host minimum of weekly information sessions for KAS staff members to educate on supervision
program
  • Host minimum of twice monthly meetings with colleges/universities to continue to maintain
relationships/partnerships for those receiving BACB supervision
  • Contact/Host a minimum of 10 new universities per month to establish new
relationships/partnerships
  • Host minimum of quarterly meetings with the RD/CD group to further educate on supervision
program to include explicit instructions on how to sign employees up
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure all BT's at KAS are receiving BACB supervision through
approved BCBA supervisors only
  • Disseminate information as needed to all BACB Supervising staff members and ensure all staff
are adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Assist as needed in hiring of staff.
  • Provide ongoing assessment and evaluation of the clinical program to ensure that client needs,
company standards, BACB standards, and insurance standards are met. Collaborate with ECD
to ensure appropriately rolled out
  • Maintain documentation - develop a system for the creation and storage of client files as required
by company HR policies, HIPPA, and funding sources/insurance companies.
  • Independently track and manage client outcomes, to include working with ReThink to develop
online tracking procedures. In addition, collaboration with Executive Clinical Director on
development of tools for ongoing client outcome audits.
  • Use outcome data to evaluate staff performance, client performance, and program efficacy.


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Maintain BCBA certification
  • Maintain LABA or other state licensure (if applicable)
  • Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavior Analysis or related
field
  • Seven years of experience in the field and advanced training in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Valid Massachusetts' clinical license with approved supervisor certification (if applicable).
  • Ten (10) years of experience with people who have mental health diagnoses and/or
intellectual/developmental disabilities (school and residential experience preferred).
  • Five (5) years of demonstrated leadership experience within a behavioral health services agency
including supervision of assessment, treatment, and consultation.
  • Ability to build strong teams to meet performance goals.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills in English, including clinical report writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and data management
environments.
  • Knowledge of your region's regulatory standards, preferred experience with standards from
Department of Early Education and Care (DEEC), Department of Developmental Services
(DDS), Department of Children and Families (DCF), Department of Elementary and Secondary
Education (DESE).
  • Must be able to implement crisis intervention techniques as necessary, including Nonviolent
Crisis Intervention (via certification through CPI) and working with Mobile Crisis Team.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel as needed to our other states (frequency and duration would be discussed with
executive team prior to any agreement to travel).
  • 5 years of experience in supervising multiple levels of staff, developing and implementing staff
training, ability to inspire, motivate, elevate and mentor individuals.
  • Proven track record of successful relationship management including family systems, funding
sources, community partners and referral sources.
  • Excellent time management skills, experience managing caseload and special projects, and
display strong delegation skills, extensive problem solving and independence in contract
development and program development.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Salaried, Exempt position which will require over 40 hours/week and weekends

Services include programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related mental health and developmental conditions. We have been serving families since 2014.
