KETER NORTH AMERICA is Hiring a Customer Support Specialist Near Portersville, PA

Summary:

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for the handling day to day customer relationships related to customer service, order entry and freight transportation by performing the following duties.


In This Position, You'll Have the Opportunity To:

  • Review and respond to sales inquiries.
  • Assist with customer requirements.
  • Log and set sup new customer accounts.
  • Assist customers in finding correct products to meet their applications.
  • Assist in placement of orders.
  • Prepare customer samples and literature.
  • Assist Sales Representatives in management of accounts.
  • Process authorizations and call tags on returned merchandise.
  • Maintain filing of orders, invoices and pick tickets.
  • Maintain accurate pricing information on accounts.
  • Process daily orders.
  • Resolve order and pricing discrepancies.
  • Respond to request for confirmation of orders.
  • Check credit status on new and existing customers.
  • Responsible for Master Card/Visa/American Express processing.
  • Determine mode of freight shipments for orders.
  • Routing of Customer shipments.
  • Interface with shipping to ensure accurate shipments.
  • Maintain daily log of order totals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Must be versed in Customer Service techniques.
  • Must have an in-depth understanding of the products offered by Adams Mfg. Corp.
  • Must be capable of debriefing customers by phone to gather necessary information.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality and work well with others.
  • Must employ good cross-functional team skills.
  • Must be able to communicate through written, verbal, or other means of communication.
  • Must be able to understand written correspondence.
  • Must have a working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Windows applications.
  • Must be able to wear personal protection equipment, such as earplugs, safety glasses, and safety shoes.
  • Must be able to organize work and prioritize tasks.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week, however, schedule may be adjusted according to business and operational needs.


Experience and Education:

  • 1-2 years previous customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of freight terms.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
