About the Job

• Collaborate with a diverse team of digital strategists, producers, art directors, copywriters and account teams
• Work effectively across different media channels, including digital, print and video
• Stay on top of emerging technologies and trends
• Possess a track record of original breakthrough designs and creative work
• Provide innovative, user-centric, information and visual design recommendations
• Produce creative design from independent development of concepts to well-organized handoff digital assets to our development team
• Juggle projects ranging from existing client work to new business pursuitsIND13 #LI-ML1
• Superb attention to detail while juggling multiple projects, priorities and deadlines

Qualifications

• Conceptual thinker
• 3-5 years of motion design, animation and social media content production experience
• A real passion for social and digital design, someone who is always growing their skill set and knowledge within these spaces
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Demonstrated ability to develop conceptual visual ideas and execute against them to create innovative design solutions in a highly collaborative environment
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Expert proficiency in current Mac versions of Adobe Creative Suite software, (After Effects, Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
• UX/UI and web design experience skills are plus (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Xd)
• An ability to work with brand identity systems and shared design projects
• Demonstrated versatility to design in multiple styles ranging from simply sophisticated to cutting-edge visual storytelling
• Ad agency experience preferred
• Experience working on new business pitches

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, past training, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity and local geographic market data. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
