New restaurant in the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn is hiring all FOH positions.

We are a neighborhood restaurant focused on quality and creating a welcoming and familiar environment. We will have a natural wine list and also offer beer and cocktails.

Applicants will join us in creating an inviting atmosphere for guests throughout their dining experience with ease and mindfulness.

Physical Requirements :

• Able to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) and work in a multiple level building - indoor and outdoor.
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver items that may weigh up to 30 pounds.

Maître d' -

Please apply if you are detail oriented and confident in your ability to manage a full reservations list while greeting guests and maintaining clear communication with both FOH and BOH.

This position will also require assisting with pouring wine, pouring water, maintaining cleanliness throughout the space, bussing tables, polishing glasses and other tasks that ensure efficiency and professional service.

Please apply if you have experience serving in a high volume / fine dining restaurant and are confident in your food, wine and cocktail knowledge.

We are looking for someone who is very detail oriented, enjoys a fast paced service environment and capable of every aspect of FOH responsibilities while maintaining clear communication with the BOH staff.
