We are seeking exceptional individuals to join Kershner Trading Group, LLC as a Business Analyst for a full-time role. You will collaborate with our accounting, technology and trading teams to focus on building processes to support crypto currencies, commodities, and futures trading into our trading platform and on-going support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support for creating, managing and improving systems supporting trading activities in rapidly changing markets
• Establish system guidelines for internal reconciliation between trading systems, exchanges, prime brokers and bank accounts
• Lead implementation efforts supporting compensation information for payroll, e.g. trading profits and losses, trading expenses, splits, holdbacks and reserve

Job Qualifications/Skills:

• Broad accounting knowledge in securities and other instrument trading
• Strong communications and reporting skills
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Reconciliation processes
• Python, pandas, SQL

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance
• Experience with reconciliations and financial reporting in crypto currencies, commodities, futures and options
• Experience with spot, swaps, futures and options in an institutional capacity
• Experience in hedge fund accounting and/or public accounting are strongly preferred
• Experience working as a liaison with development teams for systems development and testing
