We are looking for an experienced Commercial Sales with mechanical retrofit experience to drive daily results, create a vision, set goals, and hold the team accountable.

The Ideal Candidate will have a strong leadership presence and a proven record of success.

Compensation: $65k - $75k starting plus sales commissions benefits; expected total compensation of $ 100k - $115k, but the sky is the limit!

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, overtime will be needed

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Mechanical retrofit experience is required
• Ability to mentor, lead, and inspire
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must pass pre-hire background check & drug screening
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Project
• Impeccable communication skills, oral and written
• Proven organizational skills

Position Summary: Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated commercial and industrial mechanical retrofit projects to ensure that the goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and budget according to the Company's policies, procedures, and safety standards.
