Position: Marketing and Operations Associate
Kernel Labs is on the hunt for a Marketing and Operations Associate, offering a full-time, remote opportunity to be an integral part of our dynamic and evolving team. This role is designed for those who are passionate about diving deep into marketing strategies while maintaining a keen eye on operational efficiencies. Primary Responsibilities

• Marketing Work (1/3 of time):
• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing approaches and product development
• Create TikTok and Instagram posts to increase visibility of applications
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives
• Operational Work (2/3 of time):
• Use our operations spreadsheet and email notifications to ensure that operation items are completed on time
• Familiarity with accounting and financial systems is preferred but not required
• Working on proposals, applying for rebates and grants, and tracking installations for an energy start-up

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects with varying deadlines
• Analytical abilities to interpret market data and measure campaign effectiveness
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating effective collaboration across teams
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
