POSITION

In a creative exchange, KENZO has become an evolving dialogue between the pop culture of the founder’s heritage and the street culture inherent to Nigo.

Reporting to the E-commerce Director, the employee will be responsible for:

1. Develop and lead the website’s Conversion Rate 45%

  • Manage the website’s updates on incoming stock and synchronize products publication accordingly
  • Determine categories to develop and build the Merchandising plan for those categories
  • Autonomously collaborate with local retail merchandise and central eCommerce teams on product releases / publication calendar
  • Train and supervise resources that assist in maintaining the website

2. Providing business analysis of the website’s performance 25%

  • Autonomously produce business dashboards on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Decide what critical metrics to follow to reach business objectives and update them to reflect market or strategy changes
  • Issue recommendations based on these analyses, and manage the associated projects

3. Handle e-Commerce Client Experience, Payment & Fraud 25%

  • The employee will be in charge of Customer Service; this entails leading customer outreach & communication via phone, email, etc. The employee will be responsible for leading all customer service requests via Salesforce Service Cloud. They will take charge of all customer concern matters, put in place dashboards to report on the volume capacity, identify areas of improvement and optimization, and update the organization and processes accordingly
  • The employee will autonomously handle Payment Options, adding and removing them as they see fit to service our clients. This includes coordinating any technical issues related to them with the Central Maintenance Team and Local Accounting
  • The employee will decide to update the Risk Score Setting and the Manual Review Settings regularly, to adapt to the evolution of the payment fraud environment

4. Assisting other members of the team / other teams to achieve subsidiary level objectives 5%

  • Serve as a second support for all Customer Service needs and Logistic operations
  • Support Retail / Wholesale projects

PROFILE

Skills required:

  • You have between 3 and 5 years’ experience in Ecommerce business that includes merchandizing and day to day website management, ideally using SalesForce Commerce Cloud
  • You have a significant experience running business analysis using a wide array of BI tools, and are capable of training yourself on new ones
  • You have a deep passion for product, market research, and customer insights.
  • You are rigorous, dynamic and passionate about all things digital.
  • Recognized for your team spirit, you are able to confidently build relationships and work across teams in US and FR.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are capable of working autonomously on your perimeter while reporting regularly on your progress

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 - $80,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
