Job description (Ecommerce Associate/Assistant)

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years experienced in managing Ecommerce marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Target, … etc.

- Proficient in MS Office (Particularly Excel) is a must, able to use formula and handling large data efficiently.

- Experience in listing setup, optimization and work with a large catalog with variations.

- Well understanding in Ecommerce operation and concept (listing, inventory, promotion, advertising, order fulfillment, customer support, return, invoice…etc.)

- Able to communicate with retailer partners or marketplace team to resolve any issue that may occur to account.

- Experience in data analysis, competitors' analysis, A/B testing and reporting

- Able to prioritize, multi-tasking and pay attention to detail

- Knowledge of SEO, keywords research, ppc and digital marketing concepts is preferred

- Basic knowledge in handling digital assets (images, video) is preferred

- Familiar with fashion industry is preferred

- Familiar with Sellercloud, Shopify, Salsify, DSCO or other marketplaces is preferred

- Strong in problem solving and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

- You will be the expert in executing tasks in setup, update, optimize listings and oversee operation for our partners and marketplaces.

- Coordinate with internal team for product information, digital assets to accurately execute the task

- Assist in coordinating day to day operation for our partner/marketplace accounts to ensure account health meets requirements.

- Execute promotional event or price by collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights in order to increase sales and profit revenue.

- Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, expansion, and listing optimization to comply with retailer/marketplace guidelines.

- Research and analyze competitor activity to expand search coverage and find rooms of improvement.

- Report to E-Commerce manager

Pay: From $54,000.00 per year
