Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about e-commerce, possess strong analytical skills, and have a keen eye for detail. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our online sales channels, enhancing the customer shopping experience, and driving revenue growth. You will report directly to our Director of E-Commerce & Digital. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Platform Management:

• Manage and maintain our e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search and conversion.

• Monitor inventory levels, update product availability, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely restocking.

• Implement strategies to enhance user experience, including site navigation, product categorization, and search functionality.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, such as sales conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.

• Utilize data insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns and promotions.

• Plan, execute, and monitor website AB testing on a weekly basis.

Digital Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with our external agency to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.

• Work collaboratively with the creative team to ensure all digital communications are aligned (social, email, sms).

• Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and make recommendations for optimizing email and sms campaign effectiveness.

Customer Service and Support:

• Ensure our CX team has accurate and in-depth information for all product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

• Work closely with customer service teams to address customer issues, process returns and exchanges, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, logistics, and finance, to streamline processes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on e-commerce best practices, industry trends, and competitive benchmarks.

Expectations & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or related roles.

• Proficiency in Shopify Plus and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Hotjar)

• Experience working with 3PLs, tracking inventory, and streamlining external communications with fulfillment teams

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric mindset.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departmentsv
