Summary

Cardon is the subscription-based personal care brand for men. Cardon’s mission is to make personal care more accessible and appealing to everyone. We’re looking for passionate and entrepreneurially-spirited individuals to join the fast-growing Cardon team. You will work directly with the Founders to develop strategy and implement a plan for the company growth in 2021 and onward. You will have the opportunity to learn how early stage companies grow and see your impacts immediately.

E-commerce Growth Manager Full-Time Position:

You’ll be responsible for leading our website optimization strategy to improve the marketing funnel and continuously improve conversion rates. You'll define and lead the A/B testing strategy for onboarding experience and landing pages through both paid and organic marketing channels. Our ideal candidate is determined, data-driven and creative, with experience analyzing datasets and driving growth strategy for brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Cardon website optimization strategy and roadmap and oversee the process from start to finish; managing everything from ideation to execution, through to analysis & reporting
  • Continuously execute multivariate testing to improve customer experience and increase conversion rates
  • Establish and own KPI’s of website performance and develop reporting using internal programs
  • Troubleshoot and identify existing issues within the funnel to help to remove friction and streamline customer experience
  • Conduct UX research to better understand our user’s behavior and goal

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 2-5years of related experience

Skillsets:

  • Proven track record of improving KPIs via hypothesis-driven product development and testing
  • Deep understanding of different marketing channels & customer journeys
  • Exceptional data analytics skill and familiarity with website data analytics (Fullstory, Google Analytics)
  • Customer-centric mindset, focused on building the best experience for our customers.
  • Self-motivation, comfort with ambiguity, adaptability to change, thrive in a fast-paced environment and roll-up-the-sleeves attitude
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional problem solving skills - no obstacle is unsolvable to you
