Kentrel is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!
Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm
34 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls
- Make outbound calls
- Assist customers with Scheduling appointments and answer any question they may have regarding their scheduled appointment.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills
- Microsoft office
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 37 per week
