What We Need:
We are seeking an energetic, collaborative team member to work with our students to empower them to discover and achieve their potential! This team member will provide effective services to help all of our students succeed, socially, emotionally, behaviorally.
In this Role:
Under the general supervision of the School Principal the Paraprofessional will provide services to administrators, students, educators, and families that enhance the competence and well-being of children, including promotion of effective and safe learning environments, acadmic skills support, prevention of social-emotional and behavior problems, and teaching of positive behaviors and social skills that improve students’ learning experience. The Paraprofessional will support the Principal, School Social Worker, and Teachers with the implementation of school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and work to support students who are independtly working on their acadmic skills outside of the classroom setting.
