Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Product & Business Manager to be responsible for our specific purpose SCADA system for the Water/Wastewater industry. As a Product & Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development and success of our specific purpose SCADA offering. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of control systems, a keen awareness of market trends, and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy:

• Develop and execute the product strategy for our specific purpose SCADA system, aligning with overall company goals and market demands.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and quality assurance, to define product requirements and specifications.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.

• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements related to control systems.
• Analyze market demands and customer feedback to make informed decisions on product enhancements and updates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and platform partners to understand their needs and gather valuable insights.
• Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to ensure product satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and manage the product budget, ensuring that financial goals are met.
• Monitor product performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue and gross profit targets.

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams across the Vessco Water partner platforms to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
