Kennebec Behavioral Health, named one of Maine's Best Places to work in 2021, 2022 and 2023, is currently seeking full-time Children's Case Managers to work at our Waterville and Augusta locations. The successful candidates will work as part of a team to deliver services to children with emotional/behavioral disorders, mental illness, intellectual disability, pervasive developmental disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Do you enjoy collaborating and working in the community? Responsibilities for case management include continual assessment, knowledge of resources in the community and referral for resources, collaboration with other providers, advocacy, and assuring for quality services.
Requirements - A Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, special education, child development, psychology, or closely related field is required. The successful candidate will be skilled in effectively working with children & families, have strong organizational skills, and enjoy working as part of a team.
KBH is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) that provides workers with qualifying employment and loan payments federal student debt forgiveness after 10 years or 120 monthly payments.
