Kendall Auto Group is looking to fill a ServiceDesk Position for our IT support team. This position will be on a team remotely supporting 42 locations across 5 states. This shift will bei n office 10am-7pm MST. We are strong and steadily growing. Looking to expand our staff due to higher customer needs. This is a fast-paced IT environment where the candidate will need to be comfortable working at a desk answering calls and tickets for the workday.

Windows 10/11, Desktop/Laptop Support, Troubleshooting, Active directory, Customer service, Hardware support, Office 365, Technical support, Technology Deployment, Help desk support, Software support, Computer Imaging.
WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:
Works primarily indoors. Occasional work outdoors, which is exposed to ambient heat and cold, and to sun, rain and other weather conditions.
Exposure to noise, cleaning solutions, and other hazardous materials.
TOOLS, EQUIPMENT AND MACHINES USED:
General small hand tools and power equipment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Standing/walking short distances: frequently, up to ¾ of work shift, on hard surfaces.
Lifting: occasionally, up to 50 pounds; rarely, up to 100 pounds.
Carrying: occasionally, up to 50 pounds for up to 200 feet.
Bending/twisting: frequently.
Climbing: rarely, step ladder up to six feet to reach surfaces.
Reaching: occasionally, extension of arms below, at and above shoulder height.
Pushing/pulling: Occasionally, up to 30 pounds force.
Fine manipulation by hand for repair functions.
