We are seeking an International Customer Services Representative to support Bausch Lomb in St. Louis, MO.

• Schedule - Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am 4 : 30pm
• Location - ONSITE in St. Louis, Missouri

What’s a typical day like? You may be asked to perform any of the following tasks :

In this position you would be responsible for supporting the International Customer Service and Logistics group.

• Enter orders
• Creating export documents
• Scheduling shipments, and file export

Required Education / Skills / Qualification / Experience :

• High School graduate or equivalent required
• Some college preferred
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in shipping, transportation and / or logistics preferred, but not required
• Competent with PC and basic programs such as Outlook
