Job Specifications:

- Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
- Shift: between 8:00am - 8pm, Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and perform research to resolve inquiries effectively.
- Review and adjudicate claims and appeals.
- Identify incorrectly processed claims and initiate necessary adjustments and reprocessing actions.
- Enter claims into the system after verifying correct coding of procedures and diagnosis codes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Basic business math proficiency.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
