TEK system is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to work with an insurance company in Cayce, South Caroline!

Pay: $17/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Location: ONSITE

Description:

• Our Customer Service Representatives provide high quality customer service to both internal and external clients.
• The position interacts with customers, in a small contact center environment, responding to inquiries about products and services; and working to resolve customer issues.
• The position assures quality customer service to internal and external clients; and interacts with customers to provide information, in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve inquiries.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Insurance industry experience preferred, not required.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook office programs preferred.
