What Will You Do?Complex Litigation: Your caseload will be primarily residential but promises diversity with exposure to intricate commercial matters.

End-to-End Ownership: From initial case review to final resolution, you will be the linchpin, handling all phases of litigation.

Required Qualifications:Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.Active Bar admission in Florida.Minimum of 3 years of legal practice, focusing on First-Party Property, General Liability, or a related field.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Sharp analytical and research capabilities.Ability to operate autonomously and manage a high-volume caseload effectively.Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution techniques such as mediation and arbitration will earn you brownie points!
