We are interested in hiring a Legal Case Manager to join our Personal injury Law Firm and take ownership of a number of new and existing cases.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of cases.
• Gathering data and interacting with clients, their families, and the professional team.
• Assisting attorneys with research, plan development, legal documents, and financial forms.
• Working in accordance with relevant legislation and internal policy and procedure.
• Accurately updating and maintaining cases.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date case information throughout the client's electronic document and record file.

Requirements:

• Experience working with clients.
• Demonstrated experience within a customer service environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outcome-focused with the ability to manage competing demands.
