The law firm of Clark, Fountain, La Vista, Littky-Rubin & Whitman LLP(www.clarkfountain.com) is a premier firm specializing in personal injury, products liability and medical malpractice. Our firm has a collective 220 years of legal experience and has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for past clients. Clark Fountain is proud to advocate for injured victims throughout Florida and the United States.

We are looking for a Florida licensed attorney with judicial clerkship experience and/or 4 - 8 years of experience in personal injury and/or product liability litigation.

The Associate Attorney’s responsibilities will include all aspects of litigation including taking expert depositions, court appearances, jury trials, drafting and arguing motions, case management and oversight so that all cases move smoothly through the litigation process. S/he will be working in a fast paced, litigation intensive practice and will be required to travel.

The candidate must be organized and willing to work on multiple cases of varying complexity along with the passion and desire to try cases to verdict.

The position of Associate Attorney is a full-time position with competitive benefits. Candidates are encouraged to submit their resume, law school transcript, writing sample, and sample deposition showing questioning ability.
