Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly self-motivated and experienced Inside Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for Listing Agents. The ideal candidate will prospect for new clients calling on Expired/FSBO's that have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Calling Expireds/FSBO's
- Calling Buyers
- Calling Sphere of Influence
- Calling Past Clients / Database
- Calling Just Listed / Just Sold
- Calling on Open Houses
- Respond to inbound calls and text messages from prospect/s
- Practice call scripts at least 2 hours per week
- Manage contact database system
- Have a working knowledge of the Vulcan 7 system and it's features
- Conduct lead follow-up and nurture leads until appointments are set
Requirements:
- Proven experience and proficient with the Vulcan 7 system
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to self-motivate and self-inspire to achieve appointment setting goals
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
We offer competitive compensation packages: hourly rate cash compensation upon qualified appointment set 10% of agent commission upon closing.
