Job Overview:

As a Market Center Administrator at Keller Williams North, you will play a pivotal role in managing our market center's operations. Your ability to solve problems quickly, adapt to changing environments, and operate efficiently will be crucial in this role. You will be responsible for various critical functions, including financial management, administrative tasks, and supporting our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily administrative and financial operations.

- Implement efficient and effective systems to improve market center operations.

- Work closely with the leadership team to align actions with the company's vision and goals.

- Lead and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and a positive work environment.

- Manage bookkeeping, accounting, and budgeting processes.

- Use strong communication skills to build trust and maintain excellent relationships with clients and team members.

- Attend leadership events, some travel required.

Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in financial, administrative, and management roles.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Technologically savvy with proficiency in relevant software and systems.

- Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong sense of client service and ethical personal integrity.
