First level of support for IT issues or outages. Provide end-user support, prioritizing user

satisfaction and operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and implement root cause fixes to issues.

Will work in collaboration with cross-functional groups to eliminate the causes of downtime

concerning IT Systems.

Main Responsibilities

Execution System (MES) related queries.

2. Target a high percentage of uptime and reduction of outage time by ensuring the ongoing

maintenance of IT assets on the production floor,

3. Enhance system reliability and efficiency through the standardization and optimization of Shop

Floor hardware deployment,

4. Assist with a variety of IT projects, contributing to their successful execution and

implementation.

5. Run network cabling to facility nodes and administrate and deploy line-side network

equipment, ensuring robust and reliable connectivity.

6. Administer user accounts in Active Directory (AD) and other relevant systems, ensuring

secure access and data protection. This includes employee badges.

7. Assign software licensing to users as necessary, managing resources effectively to meet

organizational needs.

8. Provide valuable training to the business on MS Office, Plex, and KMES (MES) as

opportunities arise, empowering employees to utilize these tools efficiently.

9. Participate in a rotational on-call schedule, offering critical support services outside of regular

business hours.

10. Specialize in imaging and preparing new hardware for employees, ensuring each device is

configured with the necessary software and settings to meet specific user needs and security

requirements.

• 2-5 years prior work experience in a similar position.
• Hardware and networking troubleshooting
• Experience with networking equipment. Ex Meraki
• Understanding of Database Systems would be a plus but not required.
• Experience with Windows Servers – ex. able to run Windows updates.
• Prior experience with Active Directory.
• Experience with Archetyping Networking environments and solutions. Experience Managing Telcom projects.
