GEO-Instruments, a Keller company, provides geotechnical and structural monitoring services. We supply, install, and integrate geotechnical and structural sensors, along with geomatic systems. We automate the collection, processing, visualization and delivery of data.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in the DC area
The Project Manager will work with sales, engineers, and technicians to develop solutions for our customers. The PM writes proposals, monitoring plans, and then works with instrument technicians to install, commission, and maintain the systems through the project life cycle. An important part of the job is maintaining good communications and relations with customers and sub-contractors. PMs need excellent written and oral communication and strong organizational skills.
Experience & Skills: PMs must have experience in construction, commercial installations or industrial projects. PMs must be technology minded, enjoy hands-on field activities, and possess strong organizational skills along with excellent written and oral communication skills. Applicants should have an interest and desire for further development.
Civil, Geotechnical, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
Land Surveying, commercial construction
Mechanical and electromechanical systems
Instrumentation systems, Remote measurements
Experience working with scripting languages such as Javascript and Python
Electrical, Fabrication, Industrial maintenance
Sales, Business development
Attitude: PMs must be self-starters, good at working with others, and able create order out of chaos.
Travel: This position requires travel with occasional night and weekend work. Must be able to drive and have a valid driver’s license.
