KBW Financial is Hiring a Senior Accountant (SEC Reporting) Near Boston, MA
The company is flexible with remote and/or hybrid models for their employees and the compensation package is very competitive, consisting of generous base salary equity.
Responsibilities:
- Involved in quarterly and yearly SEC filings (10Q's and 10K's)
- Support the monthly GL close process
- Assist with researching new technical accounting guidance and implementing when necessary
- Ensure controls are in compliance with SOX-404
- Other ad hoc projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-6 years of experience with exposure to SEC reporting
- CPA and/or public accounting experience preferred
- Familiarity with US GAAP and SOX controls
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
