KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a multi-entry company in Southern New Hampshire who is searching for a Payroll Associate.
This is a permanent position that will be onsite 4 days a week.
The responsibilities for this position are as follows :
- Processing payroll using ADP and Workday
- Handling garnishments
- Reconciling timesheets
- Tracking vacation, sick time, etc.
- Posting and reconciling payroll to the GL
The requirements for this role are as follows :
- 2 years minimum of Payroll experience
- Experience in ADP and or Workday preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Comp : Up to $70k DOE
