Job Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for the Field Operations Supervisor’s and Field Technician’s Day to day performance and ensures that Kayden is meeting and exceeding customer needs. To accomplish this, the Operations Manager must oversee and ensure the Field Operations Supervisors are obtaining all reports from the field technicians and it is accurate and completed daily. The Operations Manager must coordinate equipment availability, performance and manage the equipment’s in-shop service requirements. Monitor supplier delivery performance and timelines. Resolve and respond to vendor concerns and grievances, manage costs, overhead, and work with Field Operations Supervisors in a way which retains and develops client relationships while maintaining effective cost controls. This will be achieved through inventory control, sound decision making and efficient logistical decisions. The Operations Manager will be overseeing the day-to-day operations and shop activities for the region. They will be required to make frequent site visits to gain client relationships and ensure Kayden standards are met or exceeded.

Operations Manager Responsibilities

Include but not limited to:

• Field Operations Supervisor’s Success
• Overall equipment maintenance in the region
• Assignment of equipment in both field and shop locations in the region. 
• Client Field customer satisfaction. 
• Manage vendors/ Costs to ensure margins are being achieved.
• Manage the equipment’s in-shop service requirements.
• Disciplinary Issues/Performance evaluations of regional employees
• Work with Operations Admin/Coordinator for timely PO and cost tracking analysis. 
• Oversee the scheduling and planning of the regional employees. 
• Well End Report reviews and Quarterly client KPI meetings. 

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Field Operations Supervisors are regularly visiting all the job sites for which they are responsible.
• Review each of the Field Operations Supervisors/Technicians reports for accuracy.
• Performing client site visitations to ensure Kayden standards are being met or exceeded. 
• Work with the Field Technicians and the On-site Representative to gather their perceptions on the Field Operations Supervisor. Inquire about their performance, strengths, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with the Field Operations Supervisors about opportunities for improvement (including but not limited to: quantity of site visits, promoting Kayden and their products, better interpersonal relationship, etc.).
• Inform HR and Regional Manager of potential disciplinary issues (i.e. breach of policy, behavioral issues, etc.). Follow Kayden’s corrective action plan.
• Ensure each Regional employee is working within Kayden’s Mission Statement and Core Values. Review Kayden’s Mission Statement and Kayden’s 5 core values with the each employee as necessary.
• Be available as needed to troubleshoot over the phone with Field Operations Supervisors and Field Technicians if necessary.
• Take opportunities to promote Kayden’s products and services.
