We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist/Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee all HR functions for our young and growing toy manufacturing business, specializing in slime toys. With approximately 45 employees, we need an experienced individual who can contribute to the success of our exciting company. If you're ready to take on the challenge, read on!

Responsibilities:

• Administer benefit plans and handle all administrative functions related to onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR records, including recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, and tracking time off.
• Provide administrative support to CEO and CFO and assist in enhancing job satisfaction through prompt issue resolution, introducing new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities in collaboration with the employee engagement team.
• Undertake tasks related to performance management and promote HR programs to foster an efficient and harmonious workplace.
• Gather and analyze HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates, to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and stay up-to-date with employment laws.
• Collaborate as a reliable and supportive team member, utilizing excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Possess outstanding communication and people skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or administrator.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Excellent knowledge of general HR policies and procedures, including FMLA, ADA, etc.
• Basic understanding of employment/labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) is a plus.
• Desire to work as a results-driven team member.
• Additional HR training and/or certification will be advantageous.
