JOB TITLE: INSIDE SALES LEADER
REPORTS TO: CEO
LOCATION: Onsite - Greenville, SC or Charleston, SC. If not based in Greenville, SC, occasional trips to the headquarters in Greenville will be required.
Position Summary
The Inside Sales Leader for Katana Safety will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to increase company market share through account development and educational services provided by the company. The inside sales manager’s responsibilities will include building and developing a team of inside sales professionals to achieve sales targets, a process to identify and nurture leads, and close sales. This role should be able to utilize market analysis tools to determine customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity.
You will be responsible for promoting and selling our safety solutions to a wide variety of businesses and organizations with lone and remote workers. Utilizing your sales expertise, you will develop relationships with potential leads and recommend the best product solutions to fit their needs. You should have strong leadership skills and ensure that inside sales employees comply with company polices. Ultimately, an exceptional Inside Sales Leader should be able to communicate effectively with direct reports, team members, and customers. Problem solving and analytical skills are critical.
