Karen Clark & Company (KCC) seeks a Director, Client Relations, to join our growing team of catastrophe, weather, and climate risk professionals. In this position, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with leading P&C insurers, reinsurers, and ILS investors.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with insurance industry leaders.
- Work with innovation teams on advanced applications that leverage the KCC accurate models.
- Ensure KCC technology is seamlessly integrated into client processes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to provide informed insights internally and externally.
- MBA or graduate degree in related area.
- At least five years of experience in consulting or client relations position.
- Required to have experience in the property & casualty insurance industry and have a strong understanding of market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to travel within the US and internationally.
- Experience at a major reinsurance intermediary a plus.
