The company remains family owned and professionally managed.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled customer service representative to work in our warehouse. The successful candidate will handle a variety of responsibilities in this diverse position. Direct e-mail and phone contact with the customer as well as billing and invoicing responsibilities. There is daily contact with the facility manager and supervisor to manage the shipping and receiving of orders within our system.QualificationsThe successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of previous customer service experience combined with a demonstrated ability to handling billing and other administrative tasks that require tight turn around times and attention to detail. Verifiable customer service experienceExperience with billing/accounts payableStrong computer and data entry skills. Windows, Word, and Excel required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Bachelor's degree in business or similar discipline preferred 2nd shift position with overtime during peak periods as needed.
