Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate who will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate is personable and enthusiastic about Harley-Davidson motorcycles. This role involves introducing customers to various departments within our dealership, providing motorcycle orientations, and ensuring that every customer interaction is memorable, providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, serving as the initial point of contact for their dealership experience.
• Serve as a resource for customers, answering questions, offering assistance, and addressing concerns with a focus on exceptional service.
• Assisting with our dealership events
• Assisting the sales team in arranging test rides
• Introduce customers to different departments within the dealership, including sales, service, parts, and general merchandise.
• Conduct comprehensive motorcycle orientations for new owners, highlighting key features, maintenance tips, and customization options.

Qualifications:

• Passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and the riding lifestyle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred.
• Familiarity with basic motorcycle mechanics and terminology is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate dealership operations.
