We are inviting you to apply for our open Assistant Director of Housekeeping role. In this position, you'll be responsible for ensuring optimum operation of the housekeeping and laundry departments in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, that provides all guests with quality service and a clean, sanitized and safe environment throughout their stay, while efficiently managing expenses and maximizing service levels. Time will be spent on the floors, assisting in any way possible.
We do require that you have a background, consisting of a minimum of five years of significant management responsibility in a resort or large volume hotel of over 500 rooms, you've been involved in team development and that you have an expert understanding regarding daily operations and urgency.
