Kaiser Aluminium is Hiring a Corporate HR Manager Near Franklin, TN

The Human Resources Manager will function as a member of the Human Resources team and work closely to support the HR Director and HR Vice President. This role will be directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource functions for the corporate employees. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees and plant HR Managers ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing with daily operations of the HR team and various projects. This role interfaces and prepares information for senior leadership and works closely with HR and payroll across the organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Monitor and assist with overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Oversee annual merit/bonus process; drive standardization, simplification and automation of process
  • Assess and manage all required training programs (Harassment Prevention, AAP)
  • Manage the on boarding and off boarding process
  • Report and provide data through HR metrics
  • Function as a resource for all inquiries related to human resources
  • Collaborate closely with Benefits Manager and Payroll Team
  • Prepare and manage monthly HR budget
  • Familiarity with ADP software and report writing
  • Interact with and assist ad hoc compensation analysis
  • Maintains Human Resource Information System (HRIS) records and complies reports from database
    Manages corporate employee files
    Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment law
