The Human Resources Manager will function as a member of the Human Resources team and work closely to support the HR Director and HR Vice President. This role will be directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource functions for the corporate employees. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees and plant HR Managers ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing with daily operations of the HR team and various projects. This role interfaces and prepares information for senior leadership and works closely with HR and payroll across the organization.
