KAIROS is Hiring a Financial Analyst, Senior Near California, MD
- Conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions.
- Provide budget support for the program office to include budget preparation, financial performance monitoring and reporting
- Manage financial data, tracking budget allocations, and ensuring accurate financial documentation within the program office
- Tracks project spend plans in comparison to actuals to identify trends and areas of concern in financial data
- Strong customer relations, analytics, documentation skills
- Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with a commitment to quality
- Microsoft office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work within a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and meet competing, deliverable deadlines
- Detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear status and/or communicate issues
- Ability to adapt to evolving technology
- Master’s Degree in business or a related discipline
- 10 years of financial management experience
- In lieu of a Masters Degree a Bachelors degree in business or a related discipline may be substituted with required years of experience
- Navy ERP experience, a plus
