• Draft program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives.
• Support the development of program acquisition documentation such as AP, Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), PID, SOW, funding documents, CDRLs, and APBA.
• Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements.

• Strong customer relations, analytics, documentation skills
• Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with a commitment to quality
• Microsoft office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to work within a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear status and/or communicate issues

• Preferred to have experience with the Acquisition Management System (AMS) to include the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and Procurement Management Tool (PMT)

• Master’s Degree in business or a related discipline
• 10 years of financial management experience
• In lieu of a Masters Degree a Bachelors degree in business or a related discipline may be substituted with required years of experience
