We tackle many of today’s toughest education obstacles, including teacher recruitment and retention, student learning acceleration, ongoing teacher coaching and development, long-range strategic planning, and school equity audits. Our divisions include iteach, Teaching Channel, Insight Education Group and Lavinia Group.

Location: This is a hybrid role located in Denton, Texas

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role focused on talent management and employee engagement initiatives, leading learning & development programs, and driving HR functional excellence. This position reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and works on a team with a Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Operations Manager, and HR Assistant.

What You’ll Do

  • Demonstrate genuine curiosity and ability to interpret business goals and recommend new approaches to talent management.
  • Have strong HR acumen, including problem-solving & critical thinking skills 
  • Demonstrate a true hands-on approach and a willingness to learn from and understand our employees and our customers.
  • Has experience working within a multi-functional HR team and ever-changing work environment.
  • Has experience coaching and mentoring at all management levels.
  • Has demonstrated success in creating and driving effective career development, retention, and recognition programs.
  • Has demonstrated success in facilitating training & development programs 
  • Be an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create meaningful client relationships.
  • Show an ability to think big but also not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves."
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously while continually moving initiatives forward.
  • Confidently interface at executive levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrate excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication & presentation skills (in-person and virtual)

Qualifications

  • 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Human Resources or related field

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
  • Experience with acquisition & integration 
  • Project management skills 
  • Gallup-Certified Strengths (CliftonStrengths) Coach
  • Experience in Education
